ATM series autotransformers have the same magnetic structure as the standard transformers but instead of having two coils A.T. and B.T. made of two separate and insulated groups of coils, they present a single coil where the electric coil B.T. is represented by a part of the whole group od coils making coil A.T.
The reference to the equivalent volume power is calculated as follows:
Pe= V2-V1/V2xPn where:
Pe= equivalent power
Pn= nominal power
V1= inferior tension
V2= superior tension
